I am licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas practicing with the Nourished Nest Therapy & Consulting, and licensed as an Associate Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia practicing with the Love Therapy & Consulting Office. I specialize in a wide range of issues including depression/anxiety, self-esteem, coping with life transitions and relationships concerns/marital challenges. I work with women and couples to help them address their struggles and stressors and gain the tools needed to move forward. I also have experience working with military personnel/spouses.
