The Mahogany Projek was created out love for human beings, passion for helping others and a need that
Sharde' O., LPC, CCTP, LTSAP, LMFT saw in the community of mental health and substance abuse. In working with various mental health and substance abuse agencies and populations there emerged a need in response to her purpose to engage people in the experience of finding their best selves and living their truth. While engaging a varierity of clients and investing in counseling services herself, she noticed the need for both creative counseling services, consulting services, ethical and holistic mental health service, substance abuse and trauma services to provide training, consulting, and counseling in the community.
This company began out of love and passion for both the improvement mental health services, counseling and the excitement of minority owned mental health companies being successful.
