The Legacy Center, PLLC provides assistance to teens (ages 14+) and adult individuals, couples, and professionals, ethically and in the spirit of excellence and integrity for the well-being of our clients. We are a faith-sensitive center that understands the importance of a person’s spirituality as vital to the holistic approach to life and wellness. We believe in the resiliency of the human spirit, and by creating a brave space we offer clients the opportunity to come and explore life’s obstacles. We utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Sex therapy, Trauma-informed CBT, CPT, CBT-Insomnia, Prepare Enrich, Gottman Method, and more.
