Congratulations on spending the time and energy to find help for yourself.

In a world that often emphasizes putting others first, recognizing the importance of self-support is a positive and empowering first step on your journey. You are here now, and we are here to provide you with the support and empathy you deserve.

We operate as a boutique therapy practice designed to help you achieve holistic wellness and growth. With expertise in therapeutic approaches such as Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-based therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and more, we are committed to providing personalized and effective care tailored to your specific needs. Our services cover individuals of all ages, including children and adults, as well as families and couples. We address various topics such as work stress, major life changes (e.g., empty nesters, moving, divorce), family dynamics, behavioral issues, communication, sex and sexuality, infidelity, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, mindfulness, and more!

During your sessions, you will be met within a secure and encouraging space, where we provide proven techniques supported by research to achieve positive results. Beyond your appointments, rest assured that your therapist is committed to ongoing learning, reading, and collaboration with co-therapists to provide you with the best possible care.

Positive change arises through genuine relationships and meaningful connections. In our therapeutic approach, we see therapy as more than a professional connection, it's a profound bond where vulnerability sparks growth. Our therapists are here to share laughter, tears, and every moment in between. We are committed to meeting you where you are while building towards a Better You.

Thank you so much for spending the time to learn about how our therapy practice could help you. If your goals align with our intentions, we invite you to reach out for a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. Here, we'll have a brief discussion about your desired therapeutic outcomes and how we can best serve you.

**Please note that we are a group practice. We employ a diverse group of therapists. If you are interested in working with a therapist within the BIPOC community, please specify that to our intake coordinator, Christina. Thank you!
