Coping with things that have changed your life is not always easy, especially when you feel like you are all alone. Plans and routines get disrupted, thoughts bog you down, and it seems impossible to move forward by yourself with so much heaviness. You don't have to do this alone. Everybody needs somebody when life gets tough.
I understand how difficult it can be to keep a smile on your face when you lack support as you go through changes. I will provide a safe place for you to manage change and regain your sense of control as we honor your mental health.
I enjoy working with ages 18-up and offer experience in counseling clients facing a variety of challenging phases and events in life. If you have found yourself not able to move forward with changes in life, then I am dedicated to helping you work through what has led you here today.
