These challenges can leave you feeling alone, confused, or broken. You may find yourself with deficits in managing emotions and communication that cause struggles in interpersonal relationships and daily functioning.
I apply an integrated approach to our work together and tailor each session to meet your unique needs. I am experienced in current therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, FLASH, CBT, and DBT. I am also certified as a Transformation Life Coach. My passion is to help others through the process of gaining awareness, understanding and developing the tools to challenge negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so healing can begin.
