You may be fed up with the ways that trauma, depression or anxiety, feeling that they rule your life. It can be a challenge to have hope when getting out of bed can be a task, or when family and friends don’t seem to understand. You might not even remember a time when things felt normal. And you’re ready for a change. You want to feel relief & start to enjoy life again. More than anything, you want to fall in love with yourself and to build better relationships with others. My goal is to help children, adults, couples & families to do just that.
It is my goal as a therapist to create a safe space to help clients to find answers they didn’t realize were already there. Our work will get to the core of what stops you from experiencing the happiness you deserve, and together we will turn on the light inside of you that helps you to see your strengths, improve your weaknesses, and gain tools to maintain.
As a therapist for over 25 years, I believe that being validating and going at your pace are extremely important to the therapy process. Doing your work to become better is a big deal, and I can give you the gentle nudges to help you find the joy that you once believed was lost forever.
