I have a heart for those dealing with life transitions, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career issues, grief and the effects of past trauma.
As a therapeutic coach I utilize a variety of methods and approaches to serve the individual needs of my clients. Some of the approaches I use include, Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I deliver support anchored in a coaching style.
