I am an LGBTQUIA+ affirming and identified therapist who works by meeting you at wherever you’re at in your stage of healing and growth and can walk with you on the path towards wherever you would like to be at the end of your journey. I’ll always keep it real with you as your therapist and I encourage you to keep it real with me by just being yourself; if you are still trying to figure out who you are, that’s cool too, I’m down to help you explore what that might look like as well.
As your therapist, I meet with you every week and work on your goals as a team because I believe you are the expert on your life and your experiences.
I work using a combined approach, meaning I take from a lot of different modalities to best work with whatever your needs are at the moment. Alternatively, if there is a specific form of therapy that you like and want to use for our work together, I am more than happy to provide that as well.
