Hi, I’m Temple Price, a therapist with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University of Louisiana, and I’m currently pursuing a doctorate in Counseling Psychology at Howard University. My passion lies in creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I believe in the power of connection and understanding, using relational-cultural therapy and trauma-informed care to support your healing and growth.
I specialize in working with adults facing challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, and racial identity exploration. My approach is nonjudgmental and culturally sensitive, helping you navigate your unique experiences while fostering self-compassion and resilience.
Whether you prefer therapy virtually or in-person at my Rockville office, I draw on psychodynamic techniques and a culturally aware lens to meet your individual needs. Outside of work, I find joy in podcasts, museums, sewing, and concerts—experiences that fuel my creativity and deepen my connection with the world.
