As a therapist, my goal is to empower, uplift, and encourage each of my clients to be their best selves by building an authentic and trustworthy therapeutic relationship. By creating a safe and supportive environment, I encourage and bolster my clients, so that they may to achieve their desired life outcome. Drawing from a variety of methods, I create a tailored approach for each client and situation, by which they can discover their strengths, develop healthy lifestyles, and build strong support systems.
My approach to therapy is holistic, and I explore with clients how mind, body, and spirit are all interconnected. Using a strengths-based approach, I work collaboratively with clients to create attainable and constructive therapeutic goals.
I enjoy working with a variety of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. My clinical experience includes anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief/loss, trauma, relationship challenges, and couple conflict.

I became a mental health professional to support others through their most difficult life challenges, and I am passionate about helping clients illuminate their strengths and resiliency.
