My name is Taylor McClendon and I am truly passionate about helping others gain insight and understanding into themselves. I am an Associate Professional Counselor and provide individual psychotherapy to both adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, mania, stress, body image issues, low self-esteem, and struggles with self-acceptance. have specialized training and experience in DBT and Cognitive Behavioral treatment techniques; these methods allow me to help my clients focus on the present moment and work through specific unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that cause them to feel stuck. My ultimate goal is to provide you with a safe, accepting space, supporting you on your path to wellness and recovery.
