I specialize in helping people overcome anxiety, improve self esteem and decrease symptoms of depression, process simple and complex trauma, and to change their thoughts and feelings in order to live a more happy and fulfilled life. I offer a warm, welcoming space where you will be met with honesty and positivity. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy sessions. I am trained in trauma focused modalities, as well as methods to help people cope with feelings of anxiety and depression. I specialize in person centered modalities that allow you to direct the session.
