As an individual, couples, and family therapist I have experience with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, peer problems, grief, intergenerational trauma, low self-esteem, and BIPOC-specific challenges, such as difficulties navigating systemic oppression.
I use a variety of techniques in my practice in which I am intensively trained, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Buddhist Psychology. With an eclectic clinical approach based in mindfulness, I prioritize openness, non-judgment, and compassion in my sessions.
