Need a soft space to do the hard work? You can land here.

Taylor offers individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy services that support clients in exploring their barriers, facilitating necessary change, and creating a life they love. She specializes in providing care for adolescents and young adults experiencing difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, low self-esteem, and BIPOC-specific challenges.

Combining her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University with her studies of Buddhist Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), she utilizes a range of techniques in her work to provide clients with the skills to practice mindfulness, acceptance, and autonomy both in and out of therapy. She is also comprehensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for clients interested in more intensive support.

Amidst life's ebbs and flows, ease and equanimity within are still possible. Book a session with Taylor and take the next step toward locating them.
