I firmly believe that our stories, diverse and specific to our cultural experiences, need to be unpacked and rewritten with sensitivity to those intricate, nuanced details. I believe in helping people own their stories and discover their strengths.
Using a mixed approach of CBT, Narrative and Solution Focused Therapy, I aim to help individuals and families gain insight into the origin of their distress, discover an alternative way of seeing themselves and take strategic steps to engage in healthy behaviors, feelings, thoughts, and interactions.
