As a licensed therapist, I help create a safe space for each person to learn, grow and heal. In addition to motivating clients towards positive changes, I offer holistic and culturally diverse psychotherapy services to individuals, couples and families. Together, we will create a customized plan to empower and assist you in reaching your wellness goals.
I have a passion for the healthy well-being of all children and supporting and strengthening couples, families and communities. I use a person-centered approach as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family systems when working with clients.
I offer education in the area of prevention of neglect and abuse of children to parents, educators, clinicians and anyone opened to learning. I have a wealth of experience working with clients in psychiatric hospitals, government agencies, hospitals, correction facilities and in the community.
