Description

We often feel lost, stuck, and helpless when we struggle to find solutions to our everyday problems. At this point, our problems can become obstacles blocking us from living the best days of our lives. However, psychotherapy can help us overcome these obstacles by teaching us how to cope better with our emotions and thoughts, gain insight into our problems, make desirable changes, communicate effectively, find possible solutions, and stop engaging in self-sabotaging behaviors that may contribute to our problems.

As a licensed psychologist and a registered play therapist (RPT), I can help you learn different skills, manage your problems, feel empowered, uncover your truth, and enjoy a more balanced and productive life. I am also a Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F), working with clients who have experienced complex trauma. I am also a somatic experiencing practitioner (SEP) working with clients who have experienced a wide range of traumatic or stressful experiences.

I have extensive experience and expertise working with adults and families. I utilize different techniques to help my clients, such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, biofeedback, and more. I look forward to hearing from you!

I am a PSYPACT Certified provider offering telehealth services to clients in PSYPACT-approved states. Please check out the website: https://psypact.org/mpage/psypactmap
