I'm a Licensed Social Worker, who has a passion for creating space for teen girls and women to evolve and feel empowered to reach their desired goals. Partnering with those who are seeking tools to manage anxiety, process trauma, and cultivate meaningful relationships is my jam. Helping women find their voice, value, and heal while living authentically is what I aim for in the therapy room. I love partnering with teen girls and women to develop a mental wellness tool kit that equips them to achieve greatness. I believes that self-love coupled with a strong support system is foundational in navigating life experiences.
I grew up in Chicago, IL and moved to Grand Rapids, MI as a teen and remained in the area. I enjoys spending time with friends, family, attending faith-based events, and traveling the world. My greatest joy is helping teen girls and women achieve their full potential, I do this through using a strength base approach, CBT, and EMDR.
