I am a psychotherapist specializing in individual, couple, and group therapy with adults. I work with people from all backgrounds including the LGBTQ+ community and individuals with diverse cultural and religious orientations.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative. I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel both understood and challenged, while providing practical tools and insight-oriented feedback. I practice from a strengths-based perspective drawing from multiple modalities and interventions to find the fit that works best for you.
I can help you successfully manage a variety of challenges, including life transitions, problems in the workplace, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. I also have experience and training in helping women and couples adjust to becoming parents and those who experience perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs).
I earned my Master of Social Work degree at New York University, my Juris Doctor at Columbia Law School, and my undergraduate degree at Harvard University. I have also completed additional training in PMADs at Postpartum Support International. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers, Postpartum Support International, and the Women’s Health Consortium.
I am an out-of-network provider and do not directly accept insurance for treatment.
