Description
Tashana is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a B.S. in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Master's of Art, in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University-Belleville. She specializes in using an integrative approach to therapy and prides herself on active listening, empathy, compassion and the continued use of unconditional positive regard. Tashana has worked with children, adolescents and adults who have had challenges with behavioral and emotional disorders, learning disabilities, stress, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma/PTSD and time management (just to name a few).
