Hello, my name is Taryn Ouma and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Don’t let the title fool you, I see individuals as well. Being a Marriage and Family Therapist means having training and expertise in marital and family systems. This helps me identify how your upbringing, previous relationship experiences and family interaction affect your intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. Practicing since 2009, I have worked with diverse population groups and areas of dysfunction including: trauma, divorce, domestic violence, substance abuse, anger, marital conflict, depression and anxiety. I use an integrated approach to therapy to include, CBT, EMDR, Gottman, and Solution Focused Therapy
