I work from an integrative and culturally informed lens to help you process the past while giving you tools for the present. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a powerful mind-body technique and Emotionally Focused Therapy. These techniques can assist you in tapping into the root causes of your pain and hurt as well as working towards setting more realistic expectations for yourself.
