I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Texas and Colorado. I completed my Master’s degree in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. I has over 15 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, inpatient psychiatric facilities, correctional facilities, and private practice. I focus on adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psycho-Educational Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy. My theoretic approach is based on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and are in charge of their counseling experience. They will learn the aspects of their life that they can control and what they cannot.
When I am not seeing clients, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters who are 13 years old and 10 months old, and my two fur babies, Chloe and Bella!
