I’m a social worker and licensed addiction counselor. I’m also the founder of Ease & Wellness Counseling Services. E&W is a non-judgmental and inclusive space where we not only support people living with an addiction, but people whose lives are affected by the addiction of another like a partner or child. I’ve noticed that shame, trauma, and grief are connected to addiction and substance use. You may feel alone, overwhelmed, or worried that you’ll be judged. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. So, I try to make this process as easy as possible! My services are through telehealth. So, we can talk virtually or via phone. We can even chat during your lunch, and pets are always welcome to join!
I’ve worked with people from various backgrounds, including children, youth, older adults with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, refugees and sexual assault survivors. I've worked in public schools, prisons, and treatment facilities. I've worked with Christians and Wiccans, and I'll continue to foster a space where you can explore all aspects of your life. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. You're the expert in your life, and together, we'll create a plan that works for you at your pace!
