Maybe you have been struggling with relationship issues, your new blended family, feeling anxious, depressed or experiencing trauma. Many individuals, particularly in marginalized communities, fear the stigma of exploring counseling as a form of self-care. My technique is to guide individuals, partners and families in a collaborative effort to develop healthy coping skills, improved communication and an enhanced self-concept to address many of life's challenging issues.
