Hi, my name is Tamicka Monson. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I have worked with youth, families, and adults in many capacities (schools, universities, summer camps, daycare, etc.) for over 15 years. I became a counselor because I enjoy seeing people heal, grow, and become the best version of themselves.
I am a Black therapist. I provide trauma therapy, ADHD therapy, and therapy for stress management, anxiety, and other concerns.
I deliver group counseling to a small group of 5-8 individuals. The groups vary.
I am currently offering a monthly support group for kids ages 8-11 who have a currently incarcerated parent.
