Tameka Boone is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in mental healthcare. She has worked with people diagnosed with depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, trauma, schizophrenia and personality disorders at various levels of care to include outpatient therapy, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and community mental health.
Tameka received her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2013. She utilizes treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy combined with solution-focused therapy to empower her clients to utilize their strengths to overcome life’s challenges.
