Dr. Tamara Watkins is a professional counselor and life coach who serves individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in assisting and empowering clients as they learn to manage depression, anxiety, other mood issues, heal from grief/loss, sexual and other traumas, resolve marriage and family issues, explore spirituality, and address a variety of other symptoms. I also specialize in working with therapists and other helping professionals experiencing symptoms of compassion fatigue and burnout.
