Description

Depression doesn’t always look like sadness. Sometimes it shows up as anger. Anger at ourselves, at others, at a world that feels unfair and unreachable. When we’re caught in cycles of social comparison, that anger can deepen. We see others “doing better,” “healing faster,” “living fuller” and we turn that pain inward. But the truth is comparison is a thief. It steals our ability to honor our own pace, our own story, our own sacred becoming.

Anger, too, has a message, it often signals unmet needs, unspoken grief, or boundaries that have been crossed. You are not broken. You are responding to a world that hasn’t always been kind.

If you’re struggling, you’re not alone. Your worth isn’t defined by someone else’s timeline. Healing is not a race. You are allowed to take up space, to rest, to rise in your own time. And your healing doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. Let’s name the anger. Let’s release the shame.

I love working with individuals that are in high stress occupations, life transitions, or in search of something greater than themselves. Please know you are capable and together we can enhance your mental and spiritual well-being.

I've heard the future always seeds itself in now. Email me or call for a free consultation.
