I understand how hurtful occurrences can impact your life in ways that are unimaginable. I strive to be a good listener without judgment or trying to "fix" you. I use a holistic approach to support you and/or your family members explore and develop their uniqueness. I am also a wife and mom with grandchildren. I love my other HEARTBEATS!! So, I understand the juggling that occurs to try balance all of the facets of your life and try to take care of YOU too. Expect me to work with you on your journey to improve balance and increase fulfillment. My specialties include women and children's issues, problems impacting older adults, trauma, relationships, grief and loss. I assist persons with issues in depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, stress, coping skills, self-esteem, self-harm, sleep and spirituality. Also, I work with the following populations: women, children, older adults, couples and groups.
