Description

Have you been living the same script with different cast members? Do you want to overcome life's most complicating situations? Are you on a quest to get to know yourself better? Do you want to make your wildest dreams a reality?

My name is Tashia Chambers. I am a thirty-something Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am bicoastal- residing in Los Angeles for the last few years; however, my roots are on the East Coast. I am licensed to provide therapy to those residing in California, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy and for the last 7 years, I have worked with people who have overcome various traumas including identity/self-esteem, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and relational issues.

I believe that life's most precious gifts are often on the other side of our comfort zone. How do I know? Because therapy changed MY life! Several years ago, after a series of life-changing events, my mental health suffered drastically. I put it off at first but once I sought my own help, it was like a light came on. I started seeing things in a completely new way. So much so that I decided to help others.

Finding the right therapist is the first step to changing your life course and I am pleased to know that you are taking these important steps. I look forward to engaging with you.
