In my practice, I specialize in providing effective support for individuals aged 23 and older who are dealing with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and experiences with micro- and macroaggressions in the workplace. My goal is to help clients navigate these issues and work towards positive change in their lives.

I employ a therapeutic approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is focused on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors, promoting healthier cognitive and emotional responses. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, on the other hand, encourages individuals to accept their thoughts and feelings while committing to actions that align with their values.
