I work with adults 23 and older who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, and the impact of workplace micro- and macroaggressions. If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I'm here to help you find your way forward.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In simple terms, CBT helps us identify those unhelpful thought patterns that keep you feeling stuck, while ACT focuses on accepting what you're experiencing and taking steps toward what truly matters to you.
I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and genuine. Whether you're dealing with anxiety that won't let up, going through a major life change, working through relationship challenges, or processing difficult workplace experiences, we'll work together to create a path that makes sense for you and your life.
