I am a Mental Health Therapist and Wellness Coach that specializes in evidence-based psychotherapy, specifically in Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. My psychotherapy sessions encourage transformation and provide opportunities for growth through helping clients increase self-awareness, develop healthy thought patterns, address and eliminate reactive behaviors, and by exploring connections with self and the world to reduce a sense of shame and loneliness.
My specialty is in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and symptoms that often include: recovery from addiction, impulsive behavior, anger related issues, and difficulties in concentrating or sleeping. I assign behavioral assignments, and CBT exercises to be completed in between sessions to increase the effectiveness of the counseling process.
