I am a solo practitioner that specializes in integrative mental wellness with adults and couples. I use an eclectic approach that includes energy healing, mind body therapy, and traditional talk therapy. I work collaboratively with you to help you meet your goals whether it is establishing and maintaining healthy relationships with yourself and/or others, understand and work through codependency, work through intimacy and sex challenges, adjust through transitions, or starting your healing journey to rediscover, renew, and rebuild using alternative and traditional approaches. I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here to provide support and guidance.
