CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!
Navigating life is hard, especially when the schema of ‘strong black women’ or ‘angry black women’ plagues us. I remember the moment when I realized I didn’t have to be strong…and it was okay to be angry. Each and every one of us has a different story, unique to our individual journeys and generations. What's yours? Where do the pains of life, of wearing such a heavy crown leave you? I am here to help you unpack, repack and find the path of living in your truth. I believe that the therapeutic relationship and communication is a key aspect of treatment. I am very intentional with my approach towards the process of your wellness. And I like to start each journey with purpose.

As a woman of color born and raised in the south it’s such a privilege to be able to provide therapy to black girls and women. I've dedicated the last 10 years of my professional life to the treatment of people with mental illness. When I am not doing therapy, I'm working on me, sis! I am a mom, wife, sister, daughter, friend, and God's favorite child. But what I love most is doing the heavy work of helping people to be the best version of themselves. Some pain cannot be erased but it doesn’t have to define you. My favorite part of the process is that moment when you realize that who you are and how the world sees you doesn’t have to be the same.
