I became a therapist dedicated to helping women because I’ve struggled with my own share of anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationships with loved ones and friends, and trauma and I know so many women who are struggling with similar issues in silence. Oftentimes, as women we have to be “strong” and we don't have the time or space to be vulnerable because there are so many things to accomplish.
Our fears, traumas, anxieties, and desires, get pushed to the backburner as we pour our time and energy into our family, friends and careers. But who pours into you?
