During these times many of us are feeling overwhelmed and struggling to cope with new stressors. Our relationships with the environment, each other, and ourselves have dramatically shifted. In reaching out we no longer have to struggle alone. Therapy can be a useful tool to help us find clarity, stability, and understanding. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and offer virtual counseling sessions. I utilize cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based strategies to help empower you to meet your goals.

Though my experience spans all age groups, I am most passionate about helping adults process and overcome life's challenges whether that be coping with traumatic events, anxiety and depressive disorders, or relationship and life-stage stressors.
