We believe that you have intuitive tools that may not be accessible due to "guarded relating" that so many of us have adopted to protect ourselves. We specialize in restoring relationships- the relationship with your spouse, your children, your extended family, the world, your community, but most importantly the relationship with yourself. This restorative work is facilitated in individual, couple, family, & group therapy. With over ten years of working in education, we also specialize in facilitating mental health wellness in schools and community organizations.
