Hello, and welcome! I am so glad you are here. Are you the person who has spent your life caring for others, keeping the peace, and saying “I’m fine” when you weren’t? Somewhere along the way, you may have started doubting yourself, giving more than you receive, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer reflect who you truly are. Therapy can be a warm, steady place where you don’t have to perform, fix, or hold everything together. It can be a space to slow down, to be deeply seen and heard, and to gently reconnect with the parts of you that may have been overlooked for a long time.

I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach, rooted in multicultural and feminist perspectives. Using IFS, DBT, and CBT, I help clients understand themselves, navigate big emotions, and build healthier relationships. Therapy with me is genuine, compassionate, and empowering, I also like to incorporate humor and real life examples to take the edge off.
My goal is for all clients who walk in my office to have a safe environment where you’ll be met with compassion, curiosity, and non-judgement. l would be honored to support you in this journey to empowerment, authenticity, and self-compassion.
