Description
You’ve learned how to be strong, capable, and dependable. But lately, it feels like everything is sitting on your shoulders. You may be navigating a divorce, the end of a long-term relationship, family stress, or a career shift, and while you’re functioning, you’re mentally overloaded and emotionally exhausted.
I work with high-functioning Black women who are ready to stop carrying it all alone. Many of my clients aren’t in crisis, they’re simply tired of overthinking, questioning themselves, and feeling disconnected from who they are becoming. They’re not trying to fix a relationship or make a decision for someone else; they’re ready to move forward.
My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with insight-oriented and strength-based work to help you manage stress, quiet mental noise, rebuild confidence, and strengthen boundaries, without judgment or pressure. Sessions are a space to talk openly and develop tools you can actually use in your daily life.
I offer virtual therapy for Black women seeking clarity, calm, and alignment during seasons of change. You don’t have to have everything figured out, just a willingness to show up for yourself.
If you’re ready for a space that centers you, your needs, your clarity, your next chapter; I invite you to schedule a consultation. Let’s talk about what moving forward can look like for you.
