Stephanie Henriques (she/her/hers) is a dynamic psychotherapist with a keen ability to compassionately identify key factors that significantly affect the lives of the community she serves. She has over 15 years of experience providing leadership and direct service in the social/mental health, non-profit/community and healthcare service arenas. Stephanie is passionate about supporting people and communities in their restorative journey as they move towards happier, healthier and empowered paths forward. Her approach to clinical work is eclectic and trauma informed, inclusive of research-supported techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) including Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play and person centered therapies. Stephanie earned her master's degree in Social Welfare from Stony Brook University.
