I work at Anchored and Planted Therapy Services and Consultation, LLC. I call myself a GPS and my role is to help guide you through your life, traumas, and relationships on the road to a better and healthier you. Remember what happened to you is not YOU; it’s not your story. It’s just PART of your story. I specialize in behavioral, relationship, and parenting issues, life transitions, Autism/ASD. I’m also Christian and bring faith and scripture into the sessions. I see women, men, couples, families and children.
