Hey! I’m Stephanie Henderson, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ga. I’m all about helping the people I work with truly heal, care for themselves like never before and live a life that’s most fulfilling!
As a professional counselor, I have advanced training and experience with a wide variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse and perinatal(support during planning, pregnancy and postpartum) mental health with varying levels of severity. I view our work together as a partnership where I use an integrative, holistic approach that focuses on your past and present experience and how your body, mind and nervous system responds to those experiences. I believe that in order to reach people, we have to meet them where they are. During our work together my goal will be to help you create a better quality of life using evidence based techniques to help towards some of your life goals, feelings of stuckness, challenges, and life transitions.
