Life can be crazy sometimes and as a therapist, I want to walk with you through anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, a new medical diagnosis that threatens life as you know it, or transitioning from one stage in life to another. No matter who we are, we want to be whole and well.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and also a Licensed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor. One of the things that makes my heart sing, is helping Black women to heal and become whole!
And sometimes going through the process of being molded and shaped is part of the journey of becoming whole and thus the picture of the pottery wheel!
