Stacy is the founder of Triumph Counseling and Consulting, LLC in Chicago, IL. She has been in practice for 17+ years and has worked with a wide range of individuals seeking support and guidance in several areas, including life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, infertility, racial trauma and injustice, adjustment to parenthood, couples, holistic health, grief, etc. Stacy works from an integrative and strengths based model, recognizing that how we each take in and perceive our past and significant relationships can directly impact our day to day interactions with ourselves and others. Stacy also combines her love and knowledge of fitness with many of her clients to create/provide a holistic and combined mental and physical health treatment program
Stacy believes that although she as a licensed clinical professional counselor may have education and training, each client is the expert of their own experience. Stacy offers a safe and supportive space to allow her clients room to slowly begin to let down guards and take time to truly focus on oneself in an effort to not only understand but also grow. Stacy's down-to-earth and calming personality is sure to assist you in feeling comfortable taking this first big and very important step.
