Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker , practicing in Texas. I work with adults, teens, children, and families, in managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other psychosocial needs. I work with those looking to navigate difficult situations and life events.
With the use of modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy, I aim to engage clients and aide them in developing insight into their distress. I work from a trauma-informed and person-centered lens. Working collaboratively with clients, in their therapeutic journey, is a priority.
The goal is to provide a safe space for clients to process emotions, in a non-judgmental environment and to help clients feel confident and empowered in their journey. Regardless of where you are on your therapeutic journey, I want to help you reach your goals.
