No matter how much you try to push it down, it keeps surfacing in your relationships, your parenting, or even your faith.
On the outside, you may seem fine—but inside, you feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, and tired of pretending you’re okay. You don’t have to suffer in silence. I support women and individuals in New York and Florida in healing deep emotional wounds and reclaiming a sense of wholeness.
My work is trauma-informed and attachment-based, integrating EMDR, somatic awareness, narrative reframing, and emotionally focused therapy for couples. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly seen and understood—so you can process your experiences, heal at your own pace, and move forward with greater clarity and connection.
