On the outside, you may seem fine—but inside, you feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, and tired of pretending you’re okay. You don’t have to suffer in silence. I support women and individuals in New York and Florida in healing deep emotional wounds and reclaiming a sense of wholeness.

My work is trauma-informed and attachment-based, integrating EMDR, somatic awareness, narrative reframing, and emotionally focused therapy for couples. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly seen and understood—so you can process your experiences, heal at your own pace, and move forward with greater clarity and connection.

Postpartum Support & Birth Trauma Group – A safe, specialized space for mothers navigating postpartum depression (PPD), perinatal anxiety, and the complexities of birth trauma.

Women’s Healing Circle: Boundaries & Self-Love – This group focuses on building self-compassion, mastering boundary-setting, and processing emotional healing in a sisterhood of support.

Trauma Recovery & Resilience Group – Designed for high-achieving women healing from childhood trauma, C-PTSD, or relationship abuse (narcissistic abuse recovery).

DBT-Informed Skills: Perinatal Anxiety Management – A structured, skills-based group to help you manage pregnancy stress and maternal anxiety using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tools.
