Are you looking for someone to talk to about recent problems or changes in your life? If so, I want to provide you with a safe non-judgmental atmosphere to explore concerns and work with you to develop insight and skills to create a thriving life .
I provide counseling and/or coaching services to adolescents and adults. I utilize person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy. I view clients from a trauma informed and faith based perspective to look at the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, while exploring your worldview.
Every person has the right to create the life they desire. Regardless of what you have been through we believe each individual with support and understanding can experience healing that will transform their lives. I look forward to assisting you on your journey.
