Would you like to work with someone who knows the difference, and can offer guidance, in what is a mental health issue, a spiritual crisis or a spiritual awakening/expansion?
A lot us are waking up at this time on earth while also dealing with unresolved traumas and other issues related to being human in a black body. It is possible to find your balance and harmony within these experiences.
I work with black women to help them heal from various types of trauma; childhood, intergenerational, etc. But I take them beyond that to help them discover and navigate who they really are at a soul level.
